The Dungeon Cafe, 3rd Floor, Sri Sai Emporia, Kothanur Dinne Main Road, JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bengaluru 560076 ("we") runs this website and the escape room. This page explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking messages. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name as shown on WhatsApp, your phone number and what you write, such as the date, time and number of players.
- Bookings through other platforms. If you book through District or another platform, that platform shares the booking details with us.
- Website visits. We count visits and clicks on this website in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies on this website and we do not identify individual visitors.
- Instagram and Facebook. When you interact with our Instagram account, Facebook Page or ads, Meta shares aggregate results with us, such as views, reach and the number of conversations started. Meta's own privacy policy applies to your use of its apps.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your booking, and to reply to your questions.
- To understand which of our posts, listings and ads bring bookings, using totals and not individual profiles.
- We send offers on WhatsApp only to people who agree to receive them, and anyone can stop them by replying STOP.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the services we use to run bookings: WhatsApp and Meta, and booking platforms such as District when you book through them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages only as long as we need them to manage bookings and answer questions.
Delete your data
To ask us to delete your data, send "Delete my data" on WhatsApp to 097413 78419 from the number you used. We delete it and confirm on WhatsApp when it is done.
